Abstract :
This panel presentation discusses the outcome of a breakout group on curriculum at the IEEE PES workshop on Manpower Development held on May 20-21, 2002. Other contributors in the group were Efrain O´Neill, Anil Pahwa, Bob Malahowski, Yuri Makarov, George Rodriguez, Ray Brush, John Estey, and Ian Barrass. The presentation includes a philosophy for determining the new curriculum and general guidelines for formulating a new curriculum.
