Abstract :
Existing output feedback design methods based on LMI´s are extended to deal with parametric uncertainties. An overbounding to the effect of uncertainties avoids the need of a large number of LMI´s. The methods are motivated by and applied to the design of power systems stabilizers. Some features and the performance of each method are illustrated by a benchmark.
