Abstract :
This paper summarizes the character of the permanent magnet linear motor´s (PMLM) thrust´s undulation. Through the use of the electromagnetic finite element method (FEM), the relation of the motor´s current, the magnitude of the thrust and the position of the magnetic pole is achieved. The mode of the magnetism route design is applied for restraining the undulation of the motor´s thrust, that the motor´s teeth corresponds with the permanent magnets. Finally the three dimensions compensation model is established for real-timely restraining the undulation of the motor´s thrust.
