Abstract :
The TO-packaged coaxial 10 Gbps 1310 nm DFB transmitter optical subassembly and PIN receiver optical subassembly with flexible lead pin have been developed and a 10 km error-free-transmission at a data rate of 10.3125 Gbps has been demonstrated.
