Abstract :
Tunable diode laser absorption spectroscopy was performed for analysis of oxygen isotope ratio in water sample enriched by the membrane distillation method. To enhance the signal-to-noise ratio, the wavelength modulation spectroscopic method was employed with a lock-in amplifier. Fringe noises were suppressed by a FFT (Fast Fourier Transform) low-pass filter and the optimized modulation depth of the laser frequency. The maximum deviation of measured δ-value was ±40/00.
