Abstract :
This paper presents an efficient method to accelerate the speed of analysis of complex power/ground network with mesh and tree structures in time domain. Equivalent circuit model is used in our algorithm to reduce the dimension of large-scale linear system while fast reconstruction strategy is carefully designed to make the whole procedure more efficient. Experimental results show that the more tree nodes exist in the network, the faster the new algorithm is. On average. it´s 1 order faster than pure ICCG and 2 orders faster than HSPICE with little loss on the precision and stability.
