Abstract
A control system has to have much information to be processed in order to get a proper output in various situations. For getting a proper output, we now have many kinds of AI methods and techniques. However, those methods and techniques are not so flexible enough to get a proper output to an input when an output is not a desired one. That is to say, when the present methods have once produced an output, it is the final one and it cannot get another one whatever an output expectation is. Within this control mechanism, the behavior of a motion control like a muscle is stable because of the complexity of the system. So in this paper, a basic idea for the description method of a complex system in communication, a general system mechanism, and a total system expression are introduced. And by using the said method, a new approach for controlling a muscle movement in turbulence is discussed and introduced. A simple example is given by using the said method.
