Abstract :
A physical model of human lung based on a mechanic/electronic system which is governed by an open loop control, was designed. Several parameters considered in this model such as respiratory frequency, inspiration/expiration ratio, tidal volume, respiratory flow and pulmonary compliance are modifiable . Hardware implementing of this system and a correspondent formalism of inspiration process, was made.
