Abstract :
In the paper, through analyzing the behaviors of output terminal of PT, the formulas of the output voltage, current and efficiency of PT as well as calculating equivalent load resistance is derived. The proposed formulas are more accurate than the prevalent results [2∼5] because the freewheeling time of the rectifier is considered. The theoretic and experiment results in this paper is proofed that the current doubler rectifier is the best circuit for PT-DC/DC converter. The conclusion drawn in this paper is useful and valuable for the analysis and design of DC-DC converter employing PT.
