Abstract :
The effect of reduced dimensionality on ac mobilities of low dimensional systems has been studied. The contributions of different scattering mechanisms at low temperature on ac mobility in quasi one dimensional (Q1D) and quasi two dimensional (Q2D) systems have been analyzed and compared in terms of the frequency dependences of ac mobility.
