Abstract
The generation of virtual vision is often an important and difficult issue in the design of a driving simulator. In this article, first we describe the computation process during which objects in 3D scenes are output to image devices in combination with the theory of computer graphics. Then we give a simple dynamical model of cars. Last we show some physiological characteristics of human visual system, which we should take into account in order to design a simulator with more reality. Now we have developed a driving simulator, which has realized the basic function of imitating a car.
