Abstract :
This paper discusses the direct blind equalization for the time varying channel, which is represented by means of basis expansions. Based on the results reported in G.B. Giannakis et al. (1998), a modified receiver structure to achieve a new direct equalizer, which intends to reduce the frequency shift effect caused during the transmitting process, is adopted. The simulation results show that the modified receiver structure achieves better performance comparing with the original receiver structure.
