Abstract
Network Service Provider(NSP)s make much effort to provide the flexible and cost effective Operations Support system(OSS)s, so as to adapt to changing customer requirements and market opportunities rapidly. Afterward, they could provide better services at a lower cost, of reducing the time to market, of improving and customizing their relationships with customers and, ultimately, of increasing customer satisfaction and the company´s profits. These objectives push NSPs into continuously improving the business processes for services. Workflow Management technology accomplishes above the demands by modeling, redesign and execution of business processes. Especially workflow time management is important to timely schedule workflow process execution, to avoid deadline violations, and to improve the workflow turn-aror.md times. We propose the timed workflow management with OSS-SDM(Service Delivery Management System) for cross domain Internet Access Service delivery to manage the service installation at low cost and to deliver the Internet services efficiently by choosing and using appropriate provisioning models over access network models in Internet service environments. With the proposed idea. NSPs can save lots of expenses and complete the service delivery without any physical works just by the automatic service activation of the provisioned access equipment ports on the time that the customers request.
