Abstract :
Active power filtering for conducted differential and common mode noise alternatives to passive solutions can be implemented to achieve input current filtering to meet EMI regulatory limits and output voltage ripple and noise filtering of converters for improved EMC. Circuits using the latest technology in active and passive components replacing purely passive solutions will be presented demonstrating improved performance and reduction in size.
