Abstract
Advanced current mirror driver circuits are devised for a DC-DC converter instead of ordinary inverter type driver. The driver can reduce the switching noise drastically, and is implemented on a 2 MHz DC-DC converter. The high frequency spectrum of the switching noise is reduced up to -20 dBm over wide frequencies.
