Abstract
Position location of mobile station becomes more difficult when the measured data are interfered by the signals from non-line-of-sight (NLOS) path. In this work scatterer models are used to replace practical measurements to estimate the performance of range based methods and simulate the NLOS effect to evaluate the effectiveness of different position location algorithms.
