Abstract :
A tunable mid-IR laser source with narrow linewidth is being developed. This system consists of three major components; a 600 mJ seeded 2.05-micron pump laser, a ZnGeP/sub 2/ parametric oscillator and amplifier and a cw periodically poled lithium niobate seed source for parametric oscillator.
