Abstract :
Photoluminescence using both cw and pulsed excitation sources is used to characterize the IR emission of MBE-grown ZnTe:Cr and ZnSe:Cr epilayers. The observed lifetime and its temperature behavior are consistent with reports for bulk crystals.
