  • Abstract
    We have observed an extremely large micro-watt laser induced photorefractive effects in nematic liquid crystal doped with C/sub 60/ and single-wall carbon nanotubes. The effective refractive index change coefficient can be as large as 20 cm/sup 2//Watt.
