Abstract :
The generation of stretched 20 /spl mu/J pulses with 140 kW peak and 4 W average power is demonstrated in an in-line Yb fiber master oscillator power amplifier at a repetition rate of 200 kHz. The pulses are compressible down to 320 fs.
