Abstract :
In this paper, two novel approaches to the design of differential transconductors are proposed. In the first approach, compared to the conventional differential pair, notable advantages, including lower power, less noise transfer to the output, perfect tuning range, and good linearity performance are achieved. Also, the application of the proposed transconductor as a negative resistor is discussed. In the second approach, a novel economic linearization technique is introduced.
