Abstract :
A novel intelligent integrated low voltage switch is presented in this paper. Its appearance looks a contactor, but is provided with both function of contactor and circuit breaker because of innovating contacts and arcing chambers as well as electromagnetic system and adopting digital sampling and processing element as center so as to make and break short circuit current and protect main circuit under abnormal conditions. And the experiments show a good agreement with the predictions, so it means that low voltage switchgear is integrated together.
