Abstract :
Within the framework of CDTI (Spanish Science and Technology Minister) a two axis and double concentration PV heliostat prototype has been designed for large PV plants in the range of megawatts and also for desert areas in the range of megawatts to gigawatts. The design has been adapted for mass manufacturing and its specificity and large aperture angle will let us a cost reduction during the manufacturing and assembly time. The work shows a product feasible from economical and technical point of view.
