  • Abstract
    We have developed a simple and portable diagnosis system on site for solar power modules with step1, step2 to check modules and cells in them respectively. By the first step, we compound modules´ IV curve using Isc and Voc data measured under flashlight to get modules´ performance. By the second step, Isc of each cell in the modules is decided using a ND filter. The results by the first step for c-Si modules were compared with those obtained under a solar simulator to demonstrate the high potential of the system.
