Abstract
In this report, we have demonstrated an Mach-Zehnder interferometer modulator with high thermal stability by using a side chain polymer of PEI-DAIDC having high glass transition temperature and high optical nonlinearity. The thermal stability was tested on device level by measuring the half wave voltage of the modulator chip depending on the thermal treatments condition on a hotplate.
