Abstract :
The results from studies into free-electron masers (FEM) with distributed bremsstrahlung (DBS) and space-developed (multiple-beam) electron flows are presented. A possibility for upgrading the energy characteristics of millimeter wave multiple-beam tubes with reduced dimensions and weight is demonstrated.
