Abstract :
Presents an editorial opinion of drone technology. Drones, autonomous or teleoperated flying machines, have been an active area of research for decades. This guest editorial discusses the technology and applications that currently are supported by drones and assesses the future for the use and deploying of drones in the marketplace. Analyzes the benefits of deploying drones, its power system capacity, the economics of drone technology, and applications for future use.
