Abstract :
We present a new scheme that addresses the heterogeneous wireless networks´ seamless cooperation. The efficient solving of roaming across heterogeneous radio access networks (RANs) is an attractive area in wireless network system research. The software defined radio technique is the efficiently solution to this problem. Our scheme is based on an efficient approach of combining the software defined radio technique and hierarchical mobile management based on ad hoc networks. First, we present a hybrid model of the mobile ad hoc network to ensure that this approach provides the global management of integrating networks. In our model, the hierarchical addressing for mobile nodes is considered, which are responsible to set up the data link between the interviewing nodes in the UMTS-WLAN networks. Therefore, the packet from reconfiguration nodes can be efficiently forward their destination. We further discuses reconfiguration management of mobile nodes to allow us to maximize the control reconfiguration of mobile nodes.
