Abstract
An instrumentation amplifier with the low supply voltage is proposed in this paper. The realization method is suitable for fabrication using CMOS technology. The proposed circuit consists of two voltage-to-current converters in a balancing circuit. This converter combines accuracy with differential signal handling and a high common-mode rejection ratio (CMRR). Moreover, the high differential gain and bandwidth can be achieved simultaneously. PSPICE simulation results, demonstrating the characteristic of the proposed circuit, are included.
