Abstract :
This paper deals with a method of unsteady flow measurement. This method utilizes a closed cylindrical air chamber installed in the pipeline. In this method, the volume change of the air chamber is calculated using the characteristics of the chamber. Good agreement was achieved between the measured and the calculated unsteady flow rate, and then the accuracy of this method was discussed.
