Abstract :
Nowadays, molecular dynamics simulation is prosperously applied to many kinds of biomolecules including proteins. We applied long time MD to proteins called HU and TF1, with relatively simple function, DNA-binding. Trajectories of simulation were analyzed to know their work in the organism. The relationships between protein motions and function were investigated.
