Abstract
This paper proposes a model for the adaptive communication between a human and a robot. In this model, a robot leads human using synchronic bodily expressions. We built ontology of communicative robot actions for the robot design that is independent of bodily features. We took a waiter robot as an example, and we designed an adaptive robot to get features of robot´s actions that cause human synchronic actions.
