Abstract :
In this paper, a high sensitivity optical fiber sensor system has been proposed in order to evaluate distortion in building construction and to find any cracks. The system is based on curvature change detection in an optical fiber and information mapping techniques. This paper describes and evaluates a fiber-layout-information mapping using the proposed application sensor system.
