Abstract :
The SCADA of KEPCO consists of tree structure and there is a RTU (remote terminal unit) in the lowest layer for the unmanned supervision. Currently in using the RTU and communication protocol, there is a limit to operating the electric power equipment for obtaining high reliability. We developed a distributed network protocol RTU in order to realize a manpower reduction and a cost reduction of commotion materials.
