Abstract
Taking effective actions for health improvement requires appropriate policies matching community health status, and they have to be integrated into a plan of the whole nation and to be executed accordingly. In developing countries, however, health indices, which are essential for the planning of countermeasures and plans, are not always established. These situations are thought to be caused by uncertain information because of under-skilled health personnel as well as poorly installed infrastructure. In order to make a nation-wide health policy and monitor and modify it, we planned and began training course for dealing with health indicators, computer utilization and bioforecasting technology.
