Abstract :
Replacing the traditional capacitors with the parasitic capacitances to do the circuit design, a novel nth-order current-mode OTA-only-without-C filter is presented which can realize low-pass and high-pass filter responses simultaneously from the same configuration at the frequencies from 6.61 MHz to 317 MHz. A new idea is proposed that the parasitic capacitance becomes an element useful for the analogue circuit synthesis.
