Abstract :
This paper describes the preventive diagnosis system which is applied recently on the 765kV substation in South Korea. At first, it introduces the purpose and principle of the items that are applied to detect various data from a transformer and a gas insulated switchgear (GIS). And then it is also represented the outline and configuration of diagnosis system to process the data from sensors. The 765kV substation is one of the most important facilities and its damage may have an effect widely. Therefore, the study of preventive diagnosis system for 76SkV substation would help to stabilize the supply of power and to secure reliable substation equipments. Hence, the automatic operation of 765 kV substation would be accomplished.
