Abstract
This paper deals with singular linear quadratic (LQ) suboptimal control problem with disturbance rejection for descriptor systems. Under some conditions, a suboptimal control-state pair can be found such that the performance of the closed-loop system is within some range; the suboptimal control can be synthesized as state feedback and the state trajectory of the closed-loop system is uniquely determined by disturbance and initial state.
