Abstract
The robust H∞ control problem was presented for uncertain stochastic time-delay systems containing sector nonlinearities. The parameter uncertainties in the systems were assumed to satisfy norm-bounded condition. The time delays existed in state, control and stochastic noise simultaneously. A stochastic robust stabilizable criterion was given in terms of a group of linear matrix inequalities. The criterion is a sufficient condition on the existence of stochastic robust stabilizing controller. Then the delay-independent memoryless robust H∞ controller was designed to stabilize the considered systems with exogenous disturbance input.
