Abstract :
In this paper, the problem of robust decentralized memoryless control is investigated for a class of uncertain interconnected linear systems with state and input time-varying delays. By conducting proper Lyapunov universal function and using LMIs and vector inequalities, we present sufficient conditions to stabilize the closed-loop system asymptotically. Based on the existence of the results of LMIs, a type of memoryless linear controller is developed. Finally, a numerical example is presented to illustrate the results given in this paper and simulation shows that the method is very effective.
