  • Abstract
Aiming at hydraulic component fault diagnosis research represented by relief cartridge valve, using power bond graph method to analyze the dynamic course when valve core is opened, mathematical models are established under normal and faulty conditions. Diagnosis is achieved by matching test data and fault sensitive parameters, which are abstracted from the solutions to the state equation groups. The correctness of the model and feasibility of the method are verified by theory analysis and experimental research. The model can be used for series productions possessing the same configuration, and with better diagnosis capability. A test can be carried out easily.
