Abstract :
In this paper, the authors firstly analyze MP4 stream format, and then present a new approach to MP4 stream transmission using turbo codes over the Gaussian fading channel. The experiment shows that this approach can effectively protect and correct the worst errors in MP4 stream transmission over the Gaussian fading channel.
