  • Abstract
    The authors are developing intersubband transition all-optical switch using the absorption saturation of InGaAs/AlAs/AlAsSb coupled double-quantum well (c-DQW). In their report, they will present their efforts to reduce the switching energy and the the-state-of-the-art performances of the developed optical switch.
