Abstract :
The paper discusses on the factors which contribute to service provider success. Some factors include building access, owning/controlling fiber backbone and delineation of costs, assets and customer service. These factors have proven to be even more important than the multi-service offering. Infrastructure issues were the undoing of a number of companies.
