  • Abstract
    We present experimental and theoretical work on the production of parabolic pulses from a Kerr-lens mode-locked Ti:sapphire laser operated in the positive dispersion regime. We anticipate applications for high-energy oscillators and ultra-high-contrast amplifiers.
