Abstract :
Summary form only given. We have demonstrated ultraviolet laser diodes with emission wavelengths down to 348 nm under continuous wave operation, 343 nm pulsed. Lifetimes of 100 hours at 1 mW at wavelengths of 368-372 nm have been achieved.
