  • Abstract
    Rotational SRS at pulse energies of 3 nJ and quantum efficiency 92% is generated in /spl sim/35 m of hydrogen-filled HC-PCF using a 1064 nm pump laser. This threshold is some 10,000 times lower than previously reported.
