Abstract :
We examine switching windows of a hybrid-integrated Mach-Zehnder interferometer. Fitted autocorrelation traces indicate an exponential rise-time that broadens the pedestal when the window approaches switching pulsewidth. A 1.80 ps FWHM window, with 13.5 dB extinction is observed.
