Abstract :
Experiments on photo-electromotive-force effect in semi-insulating bipolar CdTe:V in the wavelength range (826-852 nm) close to the crystal fundamental optical absorption show maximal response at /spl ap/840 nm and dynamics governed by the dominating carriers life-time.
