Abstract
A 3-mm-thick, periodically poled 5-mol%-MgO:LiNbO/sub 3/ device was fabricated for high energy optical parametric oscillation. Total energy of 22 mJ for both 1.82-/spl mu/m-signal and 2.56-/spl mu/m-idler was obtained at input pump energy of 46 mJ.
